01 — About two weeks
Sprint
One workflow, automated end to end. A LinkedIn engine, a news feed, or a test suite for one product.
- One system, live in production
- Alerts when anything fails
- A runbook and a handover call
Six stages, about six weeks. Every system we ship runs on the same line, from the first call to the day it runs without us. Pick a stage to follow it.
About six weeks from the first call to a system running on its own. Smaller jobs move faster. Open a stage to read what happens in it.
Every engagement runs on the same six stages. What changes is how many systems we build, and whether we keep running them for you afterwards.
01 — About two weeks

02 — Four to eight weeks
Several connected systems, run through all six stages, with a shadow run before anything goes live.

We host, watch and improve your systems, and fix them when a platform changes its API. You get the hours back without owning the upkeep.

“We stopped rewriting our own newsletter for LinkedIn. The drafts sound like us, and all we do now is approve them.”

“It runs my rules the same way at three in the morning as it does at noon, and the journal shows me why every trade fired.”
Fill in the onboarding card on this site, or write to us. We reply within a day, book a thirty-minute call, and then send a scope, a timeline and the exact list of access each system needs. Nothing starts until you have signed that list off.
We ask for the least access each system needs, use scoped API keys wherever a platform allows them, and keep a written list of everything we can touch. You can revoke any of it at any time.
On your infrastructure or ours. Self-hosted n8n on your own server if you want full control; hosted and monitored by us on a retainer if you would rather not think about it.
It happens, so we plan for it. Every system sends an alert when a step fails. Retainer clients get the fix as part of the plan; for sprints and builds, the fix window is written into the scope.
No. It runs the strategy you give it, starts in paper trading, and enforces the risk limits you set. Every decision about what to trade stays with you.
You do. Workflows, prompts and code transfer to you on final payment, along with the runbook for each system.
